"our", or "us"), as the parent entity governing the Rewo software
suite, is committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of
user personal and corporate data. This Privacy Policy governs data
processing activities associated with the provisioning,
administration, and enforcement of our one-year annual software
licenses.

licensing, identity verification, continuous authentication, and

corporate affiliation, official email address, billing address,
and contact telephone number.

Annual License and Telemetry Data: License
activation tokens, term expiration timestamps, hardware
identifiers, IP addresses, software version metrics, and
diagnostic crash logs required to validate active one-year license
entitlements and prevent unauthorized usage.

Financial Transaction Data: Payment verification
status and transaction metadata processed securely via our
merchant gateway provider (PayHere). Raw credit card credentials
and sensitive financial identifiers are strictly managed by
PayHere and are not stored on our local servers.

strictly for legitimate commercial and statutory purposes, including:

Issuing, provisioning, and validating one-year annual software
license subscriptions.

Transmitting automated administrative notices, including annual
license renewal reminders, expiration alerts, and technical update

fulfillments, and issuing tax invoices.

Ensuring compliance with statutory, financial, and legal
obligations under the jurisdiction of Sri Lanka.

Data Retention and Annual Lifecycle: Personal and
licensing data is retained throughout the active one-year license term
and for a reasonable period thereafter to facilitate seamless
subscription renewals, maintain audit trails, and satisfy statutory
tax and legal recordkeeping mandates. Upon non-renewal or license
termination, data shall be archived or securely deleted in accordance
with applicable retention schedules.

Data Disclosure and Security: We implement rigorous
technical and organizational security controls to safeguard data
against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Data is not sold,
leased, or traded. Third-party disclosures are restricted strictly to
essential service providers (e.g., PayHere for payment processing) or
instances mandated by law or court order under Sri Lankan
jurisdiction.
