Refund and Return Policy
-
Scope and Application: This Refund and Return Policy
governs all purchases and issuances of the REWO software application
annual license distributed electronically by Excel Days .
("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By completing a licensing
transaction through our designated payment processing partner
(PayHere), the licensee ("User") expressly agrees to be bound by the
terms outlined herein.
-
Finality of Annual Digital License Grant: REWO is
delivered via electronic software download and activated via a digital
annual license key. Because the software client is accessible for
pre-purchase evaluation and relies on host software dependencies
(including Microsoft Office 2021 or later), all annual license
issuances are non-refundable and final upon delivery or activation of
the license key. The Company does not offer post-activation returns,
exchanges, or pro-rated refunds for unused subscription periods.
-
Exceptional Refund Eligibility: Refund applications
are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis and shall only be
entertained under the following limited legal grounds:
-
Duplicate Billing: Verifiable technical or
payment gateway processing errors resulting in multiple charges
for a single annual software license key.
-
Systemic Failure of Activation: Verified
infrastructure defects attributable solely to the Company that
permanently prevent the generation or activation of the issued
annual license key, provided the User submits written notification
to support@exceldays.lk within seven (7) business days of the
transaction date and the defect remains uncured. Incompatibility
arising from non-compliant user hardware or missing host software
dependencies shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
-
Processing of Approved Refunds:
-
All approved monetary refunds shall be remitted exclusively
through the original payment gateway (PayHere) and credited to the
original payment instrument used during the transaction.
-
Refund processing timelines remain subject to the terms,
operational cycles, and rules of the participating banking
institutions.
-
Third-party administrative, banking, or gateway transaction fees
incurred during the initial sale may be deducted from the gross
refunded amount where lawful.
