End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This Agreement constitutes a binding contract between Licensee and Licensor. Utilizing the Software constitutes express acceptance of these terms:

1. Grant of License: Licensor grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license strictly for the Software's intended purpose.
2. Intellectual Property: All rights, title, and intellectual property (including underlying formulas and architecture) remain Licensor's exclusive property. The Software is licensed, not sold.
3. Reverse Engineering: Licensee shall not decompile, reverse engineer, modify, translate, or create derivative works from the Software.
4. Data Backup: Licensee bears absolute responsibility for securing independent data backups. Licensor expressly disclaims liability for data loss or corruption.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Software is provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Licensor disclaims all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability: Licensor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Software use, including lost profits or business interruption.
7. Termination: Licensor may terminate this license immediately without notice upon Licensee's breach. Upon termination, Licensee must cease use and destroy all Software copies.
8. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws and competent courts of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
