No. URUMAYA calculates shares based on the facts you enter and the succession system you select, as a working aid. The result should be checked by a qualified lawyer or notary before it is relied on in any filing, distribution, or dispute.
Which succession systems does it cover?
General Law, Kandyan Law and Thesawalamai — the three systems of intestate succession recognised in Sri Lanka. You choose which applies to the estate before entering the family details.
What does "device-based activation" mean?
Your LKR 500 licence is bound to the computer it's activated on. It isn't a per-year subscription — it's a single payment for that one device. If you need to move it to a new machine, get in touch and we'll help with the transfer.
